AWI's Casework Installation Guidelines

AWI's Casework Installation Guidelines establish an industry-standard set of requirements for the anchorage and installation of architectural wood casework complying with AWI Standards.

The Casework Performance Duty Level Test Process requires that manufacturers submit installation instructions for testing. Any passing casework will receive a Performance Quality Test Report which includes the installation instructions that were used for testing.

In absence of a manufacturer's proprietary instructions for installation, casework may be installed in accordance with AWI's Casework Installation Guidelines for testing and conformance.
